I want to tell you what I have done about the poor quality and service from (####) Trikes.

1. First, I filed a Dealers Complaint with MVD (in Arizona). 
2. Second, they turned me onto DOT Complaint website: www.nhtsa.dot.gov. Click on Problems & Issues , (under red car).   Next, click on Consumer Complaints then click on Office of Defects. (1-888-327-4236)
3. Third, while I was filing a complaint with NHTSA, they told me to call the Federal Trade Commission. (1-877-382-4357) so I call them and filed a complaint with them. They were all interested in my issues I've had with (####) Trikes.

The Trade Commission suggested we put  our experiences on our website for other consumers to read. Maybe that will help other trikers not to get taken like Trikerkiti and I did with (####) Trike's poor product and customer service.
